The Hervey Bay RSL is located on the beautiful Fraser Coast. The Club is the premier entertainment venue in the region experiencing growth in Hervey Bay.
The Club's facilities include:- 280 gaming machines, 4 bars, TAB and Keno, billiards and pool tables, child care centre, bottleshop, 3 functions rooms, 180 seat restaurant, 160 seat deck and 100 seat cafe.

About The Role ...
We are looking for an experienced Bar and Gaming Attendant who has a bright, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills to ensure the smooth operation of the Hervey Bay RSL Club's bar and gaming facilities.
Reporting to the floor managers, your key responsibilities will include:
Setting up and closing down of bar areaMixing and serving drinksAccurately recording transactions on the registerAdhering to RSA & RSG policiesWastage controlFollowing safe work proceduresGaming payoutGeneral cleaning of work areas
This role has casual hours, with a weekly roster. Shifts range from early morning starts to very late finishing times. Must be available days, nights, weekends,



public holidays and split shifts.
About You …
As someone with previous experience in the hospitality industry, you will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will have a willingness to build long-term relationships with our members and will have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.
To be considered for this role, you MUST have relevant experience, skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry and required certificates.

Experience And Qualifications
