Remuneration and Conditions:
An annual remuneration between $79,500 and $87,500 plus superannuation will be offered to the right candidate, depending on skills and experience. Employment conditions will be provided in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award (MA )

Key Responsibilities
- Driving store performance through effective management of product selection, pricing strategies and overall merchandise planning.
- Coordinating purchasing and supplier activity to ensure appropriate stock availability and a well-balanced product range.
- Leading in-store marketing initiatives and promotions to increase customer traffic and sales outcomes.
- Managing financial performance, including budgeting, cost control and maintenance of accurate stock and transaction records.
- Building and developing a high-performing team through recruitment, training, supervision and ongoing staff development.
- Maintaining a strong customer focus by supporting product enquiries and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards, company policies and regulatory requirements.
Skill & Experience
- A minimum 1 year of full-time, or equivalent part time, experience in retail or store management or as departmental manager or supervisor with financial responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage retail supermarket operations effectively.
- Sound understanding of stock presentation, loss prevention, and inventory control.
- Strong customer-focused approach.
- Intermediate-level IT proficiency.
- Availability to work weekends as required.
