- A recognised and accredited Adult Language and/or Numeracy and Literacy teaching qualification at AQF7 or above and relevant vocational competencies to demonstrate expertise in teaching literacy and or numeracy.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Proven digital literacy skills

We recognise that applicants may not meet every criterion listed in a Position Description. If you believe you have the capability to succeed in the role and can demonstrate relevant skills, experience or potential, we encourage you to apply.

What you'll need

Successful applicants will be required to provide:

- a current National Police Check (issued within three months of commencement)
- a current Employee Working with Children Check (or evidence of application)
- a current driver's licence where required.

Why join us?

Working at NVITAFE means being part of an organisation committed to making a positive difference in our communities.

We offer:

- a supportive and collaborative workplace culture
- professional learning and development opportunities
- meaningful work that supports students, industry and our communities

- the opportunity to help shape the future of one of Victoria's largest regional TAFEs.

We support flexible work arrangements and, where operationally appropriate, may offer options such as flexible start and finish times, hybrid work, part-time arrangements, job sharing or other adaptable work options.

Salary will be in accordance with the Victorian TAFE Teaching Staff Agreement 2024 - L1.1 - L3.5.
