As the Assistant Store Manager, you will help lead the store team to deliver and exceed store sales targets by providing customers an exceptional in-store and online experience.

- Financial Reporting
- Deliver on commercial performance and viability of the business
- Drive ongoing delivery of professional, courteous, and sincere customer service standards
- Capitalise on sales opportunities to ensure the store meets and exceeds sales targets
- Manage staff across rosters, recruitment and professional development
About you
- A minimum of 3 years of Store Management experience (Bulky Goods experience will be viewed favourably)
- Full Australian Work Rights
- Robust leadership skills, with the ability to motivate team members
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experienced with stock replenishment and inventory management
- Entrepreneurial by nature with a drive to succeed financially
- Experienced with merchandising and ticketing disciplines within a hard or bulky goods environment
- The ability to review, interpret and act upon retail and financial performance results
- A true team player who understands "there's no I in team."
- Experience in Pool products and services is not essential but would be viewed favourably
