We are seeking an experienced ICT Support / Project Officer for a short-term Federal Government engagement in Canberra.
The role will provide hands-on ICT support while assisting with ICT projects, upgrades, testing and technology rollouts.
Key experience
- ICT support experience within the Australian Public Service
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, account and device issues
- Microsoft on-premise and cloud environments
- Supporting ICT projects, upgrades and implementations
- Robust stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
- Active Directory / Azure AD experience desirable
- ITIL knowledge desirable
Current Baseline Security Clearance is essential.
Location: Barton, ACT – 100% office based
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: 3 months + potential 3-month extension
Expected commencement: September 2026
