We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to strengthen our operational foundations and help deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for the people we serve.

About the Role

The Operations Lead provides high level operational leadership, analytical support and project coordination across Omnicare. Working closely with the Leadership Team, you will oversee key enabling functions including customer engagement services, ICT support, grants and funding oversight, assets and fleet, site management and contractor management.

A central focus of this role is ensuring systems, processes and resources support a positive customer experience lifecycle, while promoting continuous improvement, safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the operations team to deliver high quality customer service

- Provide operational and project support across key organisational initiatives

- Oversee asset management, fleet,



sites, utilities and security across multiple locations

- Support responsible resource allocation and operational planning

- Identify operational risks and implement practical, sustainable solutions

- Contribute to reporting, documentation and continuous improvement activities

What You’ll Bring

- Strong process analysis and improvement capability

- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills

- Proven experience supporting or managing projects

- Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines

- Excellent communication and relationship building skills

- Willingness to travel across the Mid North Coast if required
