We are currently seeking an enthusiastic experienced front of house team member who thrives on delivering excellent customer service to join our team. Duties will include but is not limited to customer engagement, class bookings, handling enquiries, point of sale, data entry, debt management and minor cleaning tasks, with flexibility to expand the role into delivering activities and school holiday programs for the right candidate. Candidate must be available during weekday school hours and for Saturday shifts.
Part Time position (12 hours per week) available at PCYC Taree

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Taree team to provide positive experiences to young people. In this varied and flexible role, classified as a General Activities Officer under our Enterprise Agreement, you will be coaching and guiding young people, and:
- Provide customer service and membership administration duties
- Work as part of a team to deliver fun, interactive, engaging and safe group classes
- Program lessons
