YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead role in the restaurant

- Delivering a quality experience for our guests, consistently

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as a Supervisor / Waiter in a professional restaurant for at least 1 year

- Strong knowledge of wine and beverage sales

- Strong knowledge and competence in FOH service and guest experience

- Have relevant trade skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Availability to work weekends

There are 4 shifts a week (approximately 24 - 36 hours a week) Thursday to Sunday, with 3 days off Monday to Wednesday.
