Due to continued project wins, we're expanding our team and looking for experienced Multi-skilled Mobile Plant Operators with roads and bulk earthworks experience. What you'll be doing

- Operating a variety of mobile plant across roads and bulk earthworks projects
- Working alongside experienced civil crews across Regional WA
- Completing pre-starts and maintaining equipment to a high standard
- Contributing to safe, productive and high-quality project delivery

Skills, Experience and Abilities

- 3+ years of operating experience
- Experience operating a range of civil plant including Excavators, Dozers, Loaders, Graders, Skid Steers, Rollers, Scrapers, Articulated Dump Trucks and HR Watercarts




- Experience operating the above machinery in a Civil Construction scope
- Positive work attitude and great work ethic - not afraid to get your hands dirty with manual labour
- Current HR driver’s license (minimum requirement)
- RIIMP Operating tickets or ability to showcase competency to our Trainer & Assessor for VOC's
- Ability to work to Project Specific rosters (typically 2:1)
- FIFO/DIDO to projects located in Regional Western Australia (Accommodation, meals & travel supplied by RDH)
- White/Blue card (Construction Safety Induction)
- Satisfactory National Police Clearance
- Ability to complete full pre-employment medical and Drug & alcohol screening
- A strong commitment to safety
