.Joan Park Community Gardens is a Volunteer run Community Garden in Southport dedicated to bringing people together through gardening, environmental education and community connection.
We are seeking a Volunteer Secretary to provide Administrative support to our committee and help ensure smooth day to day operation of the organisation.
Key responsibilities-
• Monitor and respond to the garden's email inbox.
• Forward enquiries and correspondence to the appropriate committee members.
• Liaise between committee members, volunteers, members, and the public.
• Maintain organised digital records using Google Drive.
• Assist with scheduling and keeping track of meetings and events using Google Calendar.
• Help ensure significant documents are filed, accessible, and up to date.
• Support clear and timely communication across the organisation. -
