Your role as an Apprentice Electrician
Performing preparation work and installation of cable pathways and supportsInstalling electrical and communications cabling as required (both internal & external)Identify and terminate electrical and communications cabling (e.g. colour coding)Assist in testing of installed cabling systems and associated equipmentInterpret and maintain up-to-date documentationMaintain valuable communication with teammates and other personnel at all timesEnsure compliance with all relevant Australian Standards and site requirementsAssistance with various project and service groups as required, including purchasing and equipment checksParticipate in on and off-the-job training to advance your skills and responsibilities.Comply at all times with company policies and procedures
What You Bring To The Table




Commitment to completing a 4-year apprenticeship in Certificate III Electrotechnology.Current Driver's Licence (minimum Provisional P1) with reliable transportConstruction General Induction (White Card)Completion of Year 10 or higher educationMotivated, shows initiative and willingness to learnReliable, punctual and enthusiastic attendanceDiligence to safe work requirementsFollow directions and perform tasks with excellent attention to detailContributes to achieving desired outcomes and a positive work cultureBasic computer/mobile device skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
