As one of the first points of contact for patients, you'll play an key role in creating a welcoming experience and helping the clinic run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional service
- Managing appointments, bookings and patient enquiries
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with general administration
- Supporting the clinical team with the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic
- Helping create a positive and caring experience for every patient
- Dental assisting (training provided if you do not yet have this experience)
About you
- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with patients
- Organised,
reliable and able to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working as part of a busy, collaborative team
- Committed to providing excellent patient service
- Experienced in reception
- Dental assistant/technician experience (desirable)
- Experience in a dental practice (desirable)
