JST Air Conditioning is a growing, family-owned business servicing the Peel and southern Perth areas.

We’re looking for a quality, experienced technician to join our team — someone who knows their trade, can work independently and wants to be genuinely valued for the work they do.

The Role

You’ll be working across a variety of residential and light commercial A/C jobs, including:

- Air conditioning installations

- Split and ducted systems

- Servicing and maintenance

- Fault finding and repairs

- Electrical and mechanical diagnostics

- Customer service

- Digital job reports

- Working independently with support when needed

What We Offer

- $50–$60 per hour + super, depending on experience

- Fully maintained company work vehicle

- Company phone and iPad

- Good quality tools and equipment provided

- Monday–Friday — no weekends

- Flexible start and finish times

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

- Trade Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic

- Full Australian Driver’s Licence

- ARCTick Refrigerant Handling Licence

- Restricted Electrical Licence

- Police Clearance

- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

- Good electrical knowledge

- Ability to work independently

- Professional communication and customer service skills

- Reliable and punctual

- Pride in your workmanship

- Full working rights in Australia
