Disability Support Workers Needed – Launceston & Surrounds (Immediate Start - Both Male & Female staff needed)

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable support workers who enjoy helping people build skills, confidence and independence to join an established support team in Launceston.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)



or equivalent
- Has previous disability support experience
- Understands and can apply trauma-informed, person-centred practice
- Supports with patience, empathy, choice and respect
- Has explicit and confident English communication skills
- Is reliable, compassionate and professional
- Is comfortable around pets and farm animals
- Can encourage skill development without taking over — supporting participants to do more for themselves and build confidence over time
- Can work independently while communicating effectively with the wider support team

Essential: Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWVP, First Aid/CPR, Medication Management and a valid driver’s licence. You must own a road-worthy car.
