The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

- Lawn maintenance: mowing (using zero turns & front decks), edging, brush cutting

- Garden presentation: pruning, trimming, shaping & hedge maintenance

- General upkeep: weed control, watering, blowing paths & site clean-ups

- Landscape improvements: mulching, planting & garden bed refreshes

- Reporting: logging completed works via modern, easy-to-use apps

- Project support: assisting with larger landscaping and seasonal works

What We’re Looking For

- Proven garden maintenance experience (commercial or residential)

- Valid driver’s licence and confidence in towing a trailer

- Strong operating skills with ride-ons (zero-turns, front-decks, walkers etc.), blowers & hedge trimmers

- Reliable, punctual and physically fit

- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
