Job Description – Front of House Team Member (All Rounder)

CAFÉ : Donato Café Mount Martha 88 Craigie Road

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced person whom loves chatting to our local and new faces of customers Front of House Team Member (All Rounder) to join our team.

Availability Required

- Mondays and Fridays

- One weekend day (rotating roster)

- Rotational evening shifts on either Thursday or Friday, shared with other team members

- Spring and Summer trade more shifts available

About the Role

This is a hands-on front of house position that requires excellent customer service skills and strong barista experience. You will be confident working independently during busy service periods while delivering a welcoming experience for our locals.

Barista Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years' barista experience





- Confident working solo when required

- Experience working in high-volume café environments

- Able to dial in and adjust coffee grinder settings throughout service

- Basic latte art skills

- Experience with a La Marzocco Linea 3 Group coffee machine is highly regarded

Front of House Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests

- Reset and prepare tables

- Manage your own service section

- Inform guests of daily specials and menu offerings

- Provide friendly, skilled customer service

- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
