We’re now looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Customer Care Team at our Mandurah GWM dealership .

Mandurah GWM has Mandurah’s Biggest selling car the HAVAL Jolion, and we were the second biggest brand in Mandurah last year and #1 Jan-March 2026!!

About the Role

You’ll be the friendly face customers rely on every day, someone who can stay calm under pressure, handle the occasional frustrated customer with empathy, and ensure the customers experience is of the highest quality.

Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Welcoming customers and providing an exceptional first impression

- Managing service bookings in person and over the phone

- Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally

- Keeping customers updated on their vehicle’s progress throughout the day

- Accurately costing repair orders and explaining completed work

- Identifying future service requirements





- Participating in ongoing manufacturer training (GWM & relevant group brands)

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor

- A strong customer focus and ability to stay calm under pressure

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

- Computer literacy (email, phone systems, DMS)

- Experience with Titan DMS is advantageous (training available)

- Experience across cars and/or motorcycles is highly valued (although this role will not be dealing with Motorcycles directly)
