We are seeking a driven, reliable, and proactive Dental Assistant who is looking for a long-term career , not just a job. This role is best suited to someone who takes pride in their work, shows initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you will play an integral part in the smooth running of the practice. We are looking for someone who takes ownership , works with urgency , and consistently stays one step ahead.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing genuinely caring and compassionate patient care
- Taking initiative and anticipating the needs of dentists and patients
- Preparing surgeries efficiently in line with the daily schedule
- Chair-side assisting across a wide range of procedures
- Maintaining strict infection control and sterilisation protocols
- Managing instrument flow and clinical setup with efficiency
- Multitasking and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Managing patient appointments using D4W
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Supporting reception when required
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised clinical environment

- Experience in dental assisting and/or dental reception

⚠️ This role is not suited to candidates seeking short-term or university-based casual work.
Skills & Experience
- Previous dental assisting experience essential
- Exposure to reception duties and D4W highly advantageous
- Strong customer service skills essential
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident required
