Yard Operator Positions

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate yard equipment to load/unload products.

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and order fulfilment.

- Accurately pick, weigh, and prepare landscape materials for retail and trade customers.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised yard, including stockpiling, raking, and sweeping.

- Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance issues.

- Ensure correct stock rotation and assist with stock control.

- Follow WHS policies and safe work procedures at all times.

- Assist with deliveries and receiving of bulk and packaged materials.

- Communicate effectively with drivers, sales staff, and customers to ensure smooth yard operations.

Skills & Experience:

- Experience operating loaders (Not Essential).

- Forklift Licence (Not Essential)

- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.

- Positive customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
