What you'll be doing:
- Diagnose and repair a range of light vehicles
- Carry out servicing and routine maintenance
- Complete vehicle inspections, road tests and quality checks
- Keep the Store Manager updated on job progress
- Maintain accurate job records and paperwork
- Help keep the workshop clean, safe and organised
What you'll bring:
- Certificate III or higher in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- At least 3 years' experience as a qualified mechanic
- Robust diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Current driver's licence
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Australian working rights, or eligibility to obtain employer sponsorship
- Available Monday to Friday, with every second Saturday morning required
