The Opportunity
We are seeking multiple Drivers and Loaders to join our Picton depot on a full‑time basis. In this role, you will play a key part in the collection of waste and recycling materials across our commercial and residential contracts.
You will operate top‑of‑the‑range, cutting‑edge collection vehicles, ensuring productive and safe waste collection services for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate commercial collection vehicles, including rear loaders, side loaders, and front‑end loaders
- Perform secure loading and unloading of bins into collection vehicles
- Complete daily pre‑start and post‑trip inspections, including vehicle checks
- Use onboard systems, including Waste Edge software (preferred but not essential)
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service
About You:
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- A valid HR licence
- Experience in truck driving (waste industry experience highly regarded)
