With our first DFO store opening in Australia at South Wharf, we're on the hunt for passionate and fast paced Sales Associates to support our team and create an exceptional retail experience. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and has a positive experience by:
Using your exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to help customers find the perfect products and drive salesQuickly and positively find solutions for customers, ensuring a responsive and engaging interaction, with diligent follow-upAddress complaints and objections swiftly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiencesHelp protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention practicesEnsure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, well-organised, and inviting for customersConfidently handle cash and digital transactions,
