The Role: Membership Consultant (Full-Time)
As a Membership Consultant, you'll be the face of our Casey club. You'll drive membership sales & build strong relationships with new and existing members.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new membership sales and manage every step of the sales process
- Help with daily operations and support the Assistant Club Manager and Assistant Club Manager
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting member relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Promote the club locally and engage with the community
- Social media content creation
- Help foster a fun, welcoming environment where staff and members love to be
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales and customer service experience (fitness industry experience a bonus, but not essential)
- A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a strong desire to hit targets
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
- Willingness to grow with the business and contribute ideas and energy
Desired Qualifications/Certifications
- Cert III or IV in Fitness (not essential)
- First Aid & CPR (must be obtained before commencing employment)
- Police Check and Working with Children Check (must be obtained before commencing employment)
