We are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our VIC team on a full-time basis, managing a growing portfolio of newly built homes across Bendigo and surrounding areas. This role suits someone who enjoys independence, variety, and the freedom to manage their schedule & does not mind driving.
About the Role:
You’ll take ownership of a residential portfolio and liaise directly with landlords, tenants, and trades. A company vehicle may be provided or allowance/reimbursement is available for travel between properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end portfolio management
- Conduction of Practical Completion Inspections (PCI’s)
of new builds
- Routine inspections, Entry/Exit inspections and lease renewals
- Maintenance coordination and rent reviews
- Strong client relationship management
About You:
- 2+ years’ experience in Property Management
- Strong time management and independence
- Current VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Full driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel between locations
- Rights to work in Australia
