Your Health Place Medical Centre is a well-established general practice in Castlemaine, dedicated to providing high-quality and patient-focused healthcare.

We are currently seeking a Practice Nurse to join our team on a permanent part-time basis , working every Monday and Tuesday .

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in a general practice setting.

- Perform health assessments, chronic disease management, care plans, and preventive health activities.

- Administer vaccinations and support immunisation programs.

- Provide wound care, ECGs, spirometry, and other clinical procedures as required.

- Coordinate patient recalls, reminders, and follow-up care.

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Medical Director software.

- Work collaboratively with GPs, reception staff, and allied health professionals.

- Support quality improvement, infection prevention, and accreditation activities.

About You

- Current registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).





- Previous experience in a general practice setting (preferred).

- Immunisation accreditation (or willingness to obtain).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- A proactive, compassionate, and patient-centred approach to care.

- Computer literate

- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
