Black Garlic & Co is a proudly artisan, multi award-winning food business based in Sorrento. We handcraft premium black garlic products using organic ingredients, patience, and a whole lot of care.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Assistant to join our small team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in food, loves working during school hours, and wants to be part of an exciting WA-made brand.

- Helping produce our award-winning black garlic range
- Prepping ingredients and materials for production
- Keeping accurate batch and production records
- Following our in-house systems and helping improve workflows
- Keeping our kitchen clean and compliant
- Following our cleaning schedules (weekly + monthly)
- Monitoring stock and reporting what’s needed
- Assisting with order packing during busy times

Pay: $26.44 – $37.46 per hour

Education:

- High School (Year 9-11) (Preferred)

Experience:

- Food production: 2 years (Required)

Language:

- English (Required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (Preferred)
- Food Supervisor Safety Certificate (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (Required)
