About the Role

You will work closely with clients in their homes and community, providing practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Domestic support including cleaning and meal preparation
- Community access and transport assistance
- Companionship and social support
- Supporting clients with routines and independence

About You

- Previous experience in disability, aged care or home care
- Compassionate, reliable and respectful
- Robust communication skills




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable approach to support work

Essential Requirements

- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Working with Children Check
- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated
- Infection Prevention and Control Certificate
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Aged Care
