Lee Volk Jeweller's is on the hunt for a highly motivated Admin Ninja to help coordinate the day-to-day flow of the administration side of our very busy workshop.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll thrive here if you have a strong work ethic, a determined mindset, and love keeping people, processes, and paperwork perfectly aligned.
Availability:
Monday to Saturday (no Sunday work required).
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping jobs moving smoothly through our high-volume workshop
- Using your high level of computer proficiency to manage systems, data, and reporting
- Maintaining superior accuracy with a razor-sharp eye for detail
- Entering and managing data with confidence and consistency
- Keeping everyone and everything on track with your exceptional organisational skills
- Handling emails and phone calls like a pro — calm, clear, and collected under pressure
