The Role
We are looking for a Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ conveyancing experience to run their own portfolio of purchase, sale and seller disclosure matters end-to-end. The legal aspects of your work are overseen by our Principal Solicitor.
By joining Impact Legal, you will be stepping into a forward-thinking firm using up-to-date technology and seeking to scale. Experience beyond residential conveyancing is a bonus. We will actively assist with upskilling you and give you exposure to further legal work beyond conveyancing, if you are interested in expanding your expertise.
Your work week:
- Managing conveyancing files end-to-end.
- Reviewing, drafting, sending and facilitating contracts, conditions and critical dates.
- Preparing and lodging documents electronically through PEXA, and, where required, paper lodgement and settlement attendances.
- Keeping clients informed and up to date in plain English.
- Working with the Principal Solicitor on any legal issues.
- Keeping all stakeholders informed and up to date.
