We are looking for an experienced WA Licensed Plumber to join our growing team in a full-time role.

About the Role

Your day-to-day work will primarily involve:

- Maintenance plumbing and general plumbing repairs
- Insurance-related plumbing repairs and rectification works
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently
- Attending residential properties and communicating professionally with customers
- Completing quality workmanship to Australian standards
- Providing clear communication and updates to customers, builders, insurers and the office
- Completing job documentation and reports as required
- Participating in a rotating after-hours/on-call roster

About You

Ideally, you will have most of the following:

- WA Plumbing Licence and Gas Fitting Licence
- Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
- Strong experience in maintenance plumbing
- Previous insurance repair experience highly regarded
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently while also being part of a supportive team
- Willing to participate in a rotating after-hours/on-call roster
- Flexible with overtime when required
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred
