We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at our Malaga showroom.

The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, has a strong sales mindset and can provide a high standard of service from the initial enquiry through to completing the sale.

- Ability to remain organised and perform well during busy periods
- Confidence handling customer concerns and complaints professionally
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
- Previous retail, furniture, homewares or sales experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming and assisting customers in the showroom




- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable furniture
- Providing product, pricing, availability and promotion information
- Converting customer enquiries into sales
- Preparing quotes, invoices and processing customer payments
- Following up customer enquiries, quotations and outstanding sales opportunities
- Assisting customers with delivery and collection enquiries
- Maintaining product displays and showroom presentation
- Keeping up to date with current products, promotions and offers
- Assisting with customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
- Supporting promotional activities and social media content when required
- Completing general showroom and sales administration
