The Role

We're seeking a proactive, organised, and warm-hearted Allied Health Receptionist to join our passionate team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every experience is smooth, professional and positive.

· Full-time position – Monday to Friday

· Full training and support provided

Key Responsibilities





- Welcoming clients and managing their visit from start to finish

- Booking, confirming and managing appointments, whilst maintaining an exceptional level of attention to detail

- Answering calls and emails with warmth and professionalism

- Supporting physiotherapists with daily admin tasks

- Processing payments and handling client billing

- Managing clinic software (training provided)

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in customer service and/or admin roles

- Strong communication and people skills

- High attention to detail and excellent time management

- A self-motivated, solutions-focused attitude

- Intermediate computer skills

- An interest in health and wellness (bonus!)

- A positive team player mindset
