Key responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, professional member service
- Handle membership enquiries, payments and account requests
- Assist with new memberships and membership upgrades
- Respond to member enquiries and resolve issues
- Promote club services and membership options
- Support reception and day-to-day gym operations
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming club environment
What we’re looking for:
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, positive and confident personality
- Reliable and organised
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an advantage
- Passion for health and fitness is a bonus
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
