About You

- Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centered service delivery.

- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, finance and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and a commitment to social impact.

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.

- CPA Australia or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

Essential Experience

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior finance leadership role.

- Experience managing budgets exceeding $10 million.

- Experience within the disability, community services, health, aged care, or not-for-profit sector.

- Demonstrated experience leading finance teams.

- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
