An exciting opportunity to join the kitchen team at Fremantle Sailing Club , located on the beautiful South Fremantle waterfront at Australia’s largest club marina.

With over 3,500 members , a busy restaurant, multiple bars, and a strong functions and events calendar, our kitchen delivers a wide variety of dining experiences ranging from à la carte service to large-scale weddings and corporate functions. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team.

About the Role

Working as part of a professional and supportive kitchen team, you will assist in the preparation and service of high-quality meals across the Club’s restaurant and functions operations. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard for restaurant and function service

- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items

- Assist with mise en place and section management during service





- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service

- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times

- Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation

About You

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up

- Experience in both restaurant and functions service highly regarded

- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

- Reliable, organised, and passionate about quality food
