We are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Experience in dental assisting is preferred, however trainee are also welcome.
Immediate start available for right person.
About You
Responsibilities and Duties
High level of work ethic and flexibility with work hours
High level of organizational skills, computer skills and time management
Ability to implement and follow guidelines and directions, multi-task and work within a fast paced, team environment
Strong attention to detail and to the needs of the dentists
Preparation and chair side assistance for all dental procedures
Sterilization procedure and high standards of infection control
Excellent phone manners and interpersonal skills dealing with patients, and team members
Excellent ability to perform administrative tasks including but not limited to managing appointment book, incoming and outgoing phone calls and inquiries, process accounts and stock orders
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience as a dental assistant and receptionist
Proficient in D4W software and HICAPS
Superior customer service, a highly professional manner and willingness
to be trained
Excellent computer skills
Orthodontic assisting experience is desirable but not essential

Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
