This is an excellent opportunity for skilled Diesel Fitters with strong Cummins engine experience looking for ongoing work, a consistent 7/7 roster and a DIDO arrangement.

About the Role As a Diesel Fitter, you will be responsible for carrying out engine change-outs and mechanical maintenance on heavy mining equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing engine swap-outs and change-outs
- Removing and installing engines and associated components
- Diagnosing mechanical faults and completing repairs
- Conducting preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Working safely and efficiently in a mining setting
- Completing maintenance documentation and reporting as required
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Trade Certificate – Diesel Fitting / Heavy Vehicle / Mechanical
- Proven Cummins engine experience – essential
- Previous experience working on heavy mobile mining equipment
- Mining experience highly regarded
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work safely and independently
- Current Driver Licence
- Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical
- Ability to work a 7/7 roster
