RJE Global is expanding its workforce for the construction of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), wind farms, and critical resource and power infrastructure projects nationwide. We're seeking motivated, safety-focused professionals to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact across multiple landmark projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely perform manual labour tasks, including lifting, carrying, and transporting materials

- Assist tradespeople such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters with hands-on support

- Operate and maintain hand tools, small plant, and equipment safely

- Adhere to all site safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe working environment

- Maintain site cleanliness through general housekeeping duties

- Participate in pre-starts and toolbox talks

- Review, contribute to, and comply with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), including signing on as required

Essential Requirements

- Valid Driver’s Licence

- Construction White Card

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing

Highly Regarded Skills & Qualifications

- High Risk Work Licences: WP, CN, DG, RB, LF, SB, SS

- Heavy Vehicle Drivers Licence: HR/HC/MC

- Forklift & Telehandler certified

- Working at Heights certified

- Strong communication,



literacy, and numeracy skills

- Reliable, proactive and safety-focused approach

- Ability to work effectively in a team supporting skilled tradespeople

- Prior experience across a range of construction projects

- Competent in reading and interpreting layout and general arrangement drawings
