As a Family Law Paralegal, you will support an Associate and Solicitor across a range of Family Law matters.
Duties will include:
- Drafting and preparing Family Law documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, and other stakeholders
- Diary management and coordinating appointments
- Preparing briefs and court documentation
- Managing files and general matter administration
- Assisting with billing and other administrative duties
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Family Law Paralegal or Family Law Secretary
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- High attention to detail and robust organisational abilities
- A proactive and team-oriented approach

Well established, leading Gold Coast law firm based at Southport. 60 staff in total. The salary on offer for this role is negotiable, dependent upon experience.
