We are recruiting a Processing Safety Training Advisor to join a growing gold producer.

- FIFO ex Perth 8/6 roster
- Permanent opportunity
- Hands-on role working alongside operators and supervisors in the processing plant
- Focus on practical coaching, competency assessments and capability development
- Develop and maintain training packages, competency frameworks, SWPs and work instructions
- Coordinate site training plans and ensure training compliance
- Maintain accurate training records and audit-ready documentation
- Prospect to influence training standards and improve workforce capability
- Work closely with Processing Superintendents and operational leaders
- Balance of field-based coaching and training administration




- Suitable for experienced Processing Trainers or Training Advisors looking to take the next step
