Shelbe Clean is a growing domestic cleaning business looking for dependable Domestic Cleaners to join our friendly team on a long-term casual basis.
This is a physically active position suited to someone who genuinely enjoys cleaning, has an excellent eye for detail and takes pride in leaving every home sparkling.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Long-term casual employment
- Monday to Friday
- Work scheduled between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
- Approximately two 3-hour cleaning jobs per day
- Additional work may be available for team members wanting to earn more
- Domestic cleaning in clients’ homes throughout
- Casual hourly rate, plus applicable casual loading and entitlements
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completing high-quality domestic cleaning services
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and general household cleaning
- Following individual client instructions and cleaning schedules
- Managing your time and travelling reliably between appointments
- Treating every client and their home with care and respect
- Communicating promptly with the Shelbe Clean team
- Maintaining Shelbe Clean’s high standards of presentation and service
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who:
- Loves cleaning and takes pride in their work
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is reliable, punctual and motivated
- Is physically fit and comfortable completing active cleaning work
- Can work independently and follow instructions
- Is respectful, trustworthy and friendly with clients
- Is looking for stable, ongoing casual work
- Is available during weekday hours
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have:
- A current Police Clearance, or the ability to obtain one
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- A reliable, registered and insured vehicle
- A mobile phone
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
Previous skilled cleaning experience is helpful but not essential for the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
