The Role
We’re seeking qualified chefs who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work confidently across all areas of the kitchen. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who values teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Assist with stock management, ordering, and kitchen cleanliness
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Commercial Cookery Certificate III (or higher) / trade qualifications
- Demonstrated chef experience in a busy café/restaurant
- Strong kitchen and time management skills
- Sound knowledge of food safety standards
- Available full-time, including weekends
