About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cocktail Bartender / Mixologist to join our team!

You'll play a key role in ensuring customer experiences are great and service is smooth in one of the newest dining experiences in FNQ.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee development of unique Cocktail list and develop weekly Cocktail Specials

- Ensure efficient and timely food and beverage service

- Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally

- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene

- Assist with staff training and development

- Contribute to the development and implementation of restaurant policies

Skills and Experience:

- Extensive Cocktail making experience in a rapid paced setting

- Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities

- The ability to work in a small team and assist others where needed
