About the Role
We are looking for reliable, skilled painters to work across a variety of projects including but not limited to:
- Commercial
- Resorts
- Maintenance programs
- Residential
Engagement Type
- Labour-only subcontractor arrangement
- Paid hourly rate + superannuation
- ÉCLAT manages:
- Workers compensation
- PAYG tax withholding (if applicable)
- Weekly payment cycles

Requirements
To be successful, you must have:
- Proven experience in commercial or residential painting
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Own tools and transport
- High attention to detail
- The ability to problem solve
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Solid commitment to WHS and site compliance
