The Role
You’ll be working directly with the Branch Manager to mentor and work alongside the fitting team to meeting branch KPIs and ensure high-quality work is completed on time, every time.
Your work will include:
- Auto electrical duties including diagnosing electrical faults (with and without diagrams)
- Full fit-outs including dual battery systems, inverters, UHF, GPS, lighting and accessories
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Working efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards
- Collaborating with production teams to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Auto Electrician
- 1–2+ years industry experience
- Experience with 4WD accessory fitting (highly regarded)
- Leadership skills and confidence to support a team
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
- Current Driver’s Licence
