What You'll Do:

- You'll be the friendly face that applicants meet, helping them with their visa applications.

- Answer questions and provide support in person, via email,



or on the phone.

- Manage financial transactions, ensuring impeccable accuracy.

- Keep records and maintain application data, entering it into our systems promptly.

- Make sure passports find their way back to the right owners.

- Maintain rigorous compliance with our standard operating procedures.

- Introduce applicants to our Value Added Services, enhancing their experience.

- Encourage applicants to share feedback and improve our services.

- Strive to meet our Turn Around Time targets.

- Plus, you might get some other tasks assigned from time to time.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Basic email and MS Office skills.

- Typing proficiency.

- A keen eye for detail.

- Adaptability and the ability to handle customer queries.

- Outstanding communication skills (written, reading & speaking) English.

- Availability from Monday to Friday up to 38 hours per week.
