Sea Spray Marine is looking for a motivated and reliable Boat Detailer to join our team.
Are you someone who takes pride in your work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys working around boats? This role involves cleaning, polishing, and presenting vessels to a high standard — inside and out.
Experience preferred but not necessary — if you’ve got the right attitude, we can train you.
What you’ll be doing:
• Wash, wax, and polish boats to a high-quality finish
• Apply protective coatings, including ceramic coatings
• Clean interior and exterior areas
• Regular maintenance packages
• Inspect boats and report any damage or issues
• Maintain detailing tools, equipment, and supplies
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard
• Present professionally and contribute to a positive team environment
What we’re looking for:
• Solid attention to detail
• Experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Current driver’s and vehicle license is required
