Sunstate Motorcycles is looking for a trade-qualified Motorcycle Mechanic or Mechanical Fitter to join our busy workshop team at our Maroochydore dealership on the Sunshine Coast.
We are a successful family-owned multi-location group with stores across the Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast and Gold Coast. This is a great opportunity to work on a wide range of motorcycles in a modern workshop while enjoying the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.

In this role you will
- Perform servicing, diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on motorcycles
- Carry out pre-delivery inspections and quality checks
- Use diagnostic equipment and follow manufacturer procedures
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer outcomes
- Work as part of a professional and supportive workshop team
About you
- Trade qualified Motorcycle Mechanic or Mechanical Fitter (or equivalent)
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with attention to detail
- Reliable, organised and proud of your work
- Current driver’s licence (motorcycle licence highly regarded)
- Willingness to learn new brands and systems (training provided)
- Permanent Australian work rights
Previous motorcycle experience is preferred but not essential for strong Mechanical Fitters — the right attitude, mechanical ability and work ethic matter most.
This is a full-time role based at our Maroochydore dealership on the Sunshine Coast.
