Harmony Psychology is an established, values-driven private practice in Sippy Downs with a strong and growing reputation on the Sunshine Coast.

We are continuing to grow our team and are seeking Clinical Psychologists, General Psychologists and Clinical Registrars who value high-quality, ethical clinical practice and want to be part of a supportive, collaborative and genuinely people-focused practice.

Our purpose-built, retreat-style clinic provides a calm, professional and welcoming environment for both clients and clinicians. Consultation rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, high-quality furnishings and everything required to support excellent clinical care. Our dedicated Wellness Room encourages genuine breaks away from the desk, while our location provides privacy and tranquillity and yet remains conveniently close to cafés, shops, medical and allied health services and transport.

Our dedicated administration team manages key operational tasks including diary management, payments, client communication and correspondence, allowing clinicians to spend more of their time doing what they do best — providing quality clinical care.

Secure, streamlined electronic systems and established practice processes are designed to create an efficient, low-friction workflow and reduce unnecessary administrative burden.

Professional Growth & Supervision

We are committed to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence, with access to peer consultation, in-house Board Approved Supervision and professional development opportunities.

Clinical Development

There are opportunities to further develop areas of clinical interest, including trauma-focused practice and EMDR. EMDR training is highly regarded, although applicants who are interested in developing their skills in this area are also encouraged to apply.

Competitive Remuneration

We offer competitive remuneration commensurate with experience, qualifications and clinical skill set.

Our preferred engagement model is via subcontractor arrangement, although we are open to discussing employment arrangements with the right clinician.





We're Looking For Clinicians Who

- Are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-informed psychological care

- Demonstrate sound clinical judgement, professional integrity and ethical practice

- Communicate effectively and manage a dynamic caseload with professionalism and reliability

- Are comfortable working with a diverse range of presentations and client groups

- Have a genuine interest in supporting clients through challenging seasons of life

- Value collaboration, reflective practice and being part of a cohesive clinical team

- Are willing to contribute positively to the culture and ongoing development of the practice

- Are proficient in, or willing to learn, clinical platforms such as Halaxy

- Are EMDR trained, or interested in developing skills in EMDR and trauma-focused practice

- Are registered psychologists or are approaching registration
