Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:00pm

3D Earthmoving (2017) Pty Ltd stands as one of the largest Wet and Dry Tailings Dam lifters in Western Australia, renowned for our commitment to excellence in earthmoving services. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking an organised and proactive Human Resources / Recruitment Officer to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing compliance, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new starters.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising roles, screening candidates, and arranging interviews

- Manage mobilisation and onboarding of new employees, including compliance, documentation, and inductions

- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and candidates to ensure workforce requirements are met

- Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment data

- Support workforce planning and scheduling requirements





- Respond to recruitment and mobilisation enquiries in a timely and professional manner

About You

- Previous experience in recruitment, mobilisation, HR administration, or a similar role

- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

- Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Competent with Microsoft Office and recruitment systems (desirable)

- Self-motivated and able to work independently
